RedZebra partnered with The Marketing Academy to design a virtual induction day, welcoming senior marketing heads to an exclusive, year-long Scholarship Programme

To create a memorable and immersive online induction day that would bond and inspire attendees, bringing the cohort together for the first time with real impact. The event aimed to set the tone for the programme by giving the scholars a taster of what’s to come during the rest of the year.

We designed an agenda that helped scholars understand the programme and get to know their peers on a deeper level. Using a variety of formats and content, we helped create buzz and excitement within the group whilst managing the distractions of the virtual space. Networking was key, and moments of interaction were woven throughout the event along with on and offline activities ensuring scholars felt energized and engaged throughout the day.
