Working with the CEO and HRD, we designed a week-long experiential development programme for all 350 staff members. The immersive journey was to highlight the values, behaviours and skills that would take the The Gap Partnership team into the future.
To create an event which builds a team capable of realising the potential of the organisation. Recognising that if you want to be part of a world class performing team you cannot rely purely on your past experiences but need to engage actively in your own and your team’s development.
We designed and delivered the week-long programme through a mix of experiential methodologies and dynamic debrief tools that enabled staff at all levels to engage and learn. We utilised the beautiful environment surrounding Sorrento, Italy, creating an unforgettable experience. The delegates developed their Personal Development Plan and made commitments going forward.
