Having successfully facilitated Red Stripe’s experiential leadership programme, we were asked to co-design and deliver a new results-focused strategy launch event for their employees.
To create a new level of confidence across the Red Stripe population by engaging the Extended Management Team to co-create their new strategy.
Over a 10-day period, using the Kotter model, we co-facilitated the business development strategy launch, coaching the Extended Management Team to deliver their key goals and objectives as part of a new strategy launch event called ‘I Take The Lead’.
