Partnering with McLaren, we supported their global sales team to develop ways of working to ensure they continually improve and innovate in their performance.
As a global team of 19 people who only meet physically together twice a year, the vastly differing cultures within the team had led to misunderstanding and negative communication, impacting performance and delivery.
Working with the team leaders, we identified key issues and pain points. We then designed processes that would generate high performance teamwork including a forensic review of the year, challenges experienced, solutions and the curation of a team manifesto. The team is now working together effectively with a shared approach leading to improved performance levels.
