We have worked with Diageo as a preferred supplier in all areas of events and people development. Together with senior leadership we co-created a series of events engaging all staff in the Diageo purpose: ‘Celebrating Life, Everyday, Everywhere’.
To create a series of events that would enable staff at all levels to explore themes around purpose in order to drive engagement and connection to the organisational purpose.
We identified key themes and methodologies that would be accessible by this wide stakeholder group, helping them explore purpose through experiential activities that brought them to life. We designed an unforgettable delegate experience. Through a mixed keynote plenary setting up key concepts, and a rich mix of experiential breakouts the delegates had a visceral immersive journey into purpose.
