Dance4life
youth empowerment
We have partnered with dance4life since 2003, designing and delivering youth leadership training in 33 countries and uniting over 2 million young people to fight against HIV, AIDS and other issues affecting their lives.
Challenge
To design a youth empowerment program that would engage and educate young people around issues they are most affected by, enabling them to mobilise solutions within their communities.
Solution
We empowered and enabled young people to run and develop their own projects in response to local issues by designing a ‘training of trainers’ programme. Our Trainers4Life Academy also provides an international pool of youth trainers to further support local communities.
