We were asked by Coca-Cola to run a series of events and offsites to engage managers and leaders around their strategy for staff engagement and sales.

Challenge
To generate ownership and accountability across functions, cascading from the senior leadership team to managers and onward to mobilise the wider staff population.

Solution
We identified the key issues with the Senior Leadership Team and aligned on areas of focus. We then ran a three day offsite bringing them together with their Management Team, utilising our ‘Challenge & Build’ methodology to generate solutions. Co-creation encouraged ownership and a ‘one team’ mentality.
